Devante Pope / Prince Von
Devante Pope, also known as Prince Von, is the founder of Youthful Noise and a Houston-based artist, mentor, and community advocate committed to helping young people turn their voice into leadership.
Through his work in music, youth mentorship, events, and civic engagement, Devante uses culture as a bridge to reach young people in real life. His mission is to create safe, creative, and impactful spaces where youth can express themselves, build confidence, and become active leaders in their communities.
As Prince Von, he brings the perspective of an artist who understands struggle, growth, and transformation. As Devante Pope, he brings the structure, vision, and commitment needed to build programs that move youth from being heard to being empowered.
Joshua Ford
Joshua Ford is a dedicated community leader and Co-Founder of Youthful Noise, committed to amplifying the voices of young people and creating meaningful opportunities for growth, leadership, and community connection.
Born to Arnetta Taylor and raised by Darlyne Ford, Joshua was shaped by a foundation rooted in resilience, faith, and service. Through Darlyne’s outreach ministry, All God’s Children, he witnessed firsthand the power of compassion, consistency, and community impact.
Those experiences helped Joshua understand that many young people are often unheard and misunderstood. At Youthful Noise, he leads volunteer coordination and community engagement efforts, helping create spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and empowered to use their voice.

Trey Taylor
Trey Taylor is a valued member of Youthful Noise who brings leadership, discipline, and a strong commitment to community impact.
Growing up in Virginia and later gaining military experience helped shape Trey’s mindset around service, responsibility, and giving back in multiple ways. His journey has taught him the importance of creating opportunities and showing young people what is possible through consistency and purpose.
As a professional athlete in AF1 football and a certified NIL agent, Trey uses his platform to create space for youth development, mentorship, and community engagement. Through Youthful Noise, he helps connect young people to positive examples, real resources, and environments where their voices can be heard.
Willie Pope
Willie Pope is a member of Youthful Noise and a dedicated community leader committed to youth development, mentorship, and building strong community connections. As the younger brother of founder Devante Pope, he shares the same passion for creating real impact in the lives of young people.
Willie is an AAU basketball coach for the Panhandle Prospects, where he helps develop young athletes through discipline, leadership, and accountability both on and off the court.
His work is strongly rooted in Texas, where he actively connects with community events, youth programs, and outreach initiatives. Through Youthful Noise, Willie helps create opportunities for engagement, mentorship, and growth—making sure young people have access to environments where they can succeed and be heard.
Rasheedah James
Rasheedah James is a respected community leader, financial accountant, and founder of “That Successful Black Girl,” a platform dedicated to empowering and uplifting women through education, growth, and opportunity.
With a strong background in finance, Rasheedah uses her expertise to support organizations with structure, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Her work ensures that impact-driven initiatives are not only effective but built to last.
Through Youthful Noise, she plays a key role in strengthening operations while also contributing to community engagement efforts. Her mission is to create meaningful impact by combining financial knowledge with purpose-driven leadership.
